This section of our website describes our policies and procedures regarding Appointments and Appointment changes.

You may schedule your appointment in person; over the phone by calling (803) 532-3331; or by using our convenient online appointment form. 

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit. If you have a history of any of the following medical conditions, please inform the receptionist at the time you schedule your appointment:

• Pregnant
• Uncontrolled Diabetes
• Uncontrolled Blood Pressure
• Graves Disease
• Recently Hospitalized
• Recent Stroke or Heart Attack
• Currently taking Bisphosphonates like Actonel®, Fosamax®, or Boniva®
• Currently on Blood Thinners
• Your Doctor has told you to take antibiotics before a dental visit

If you must change your appointment

Your reserved appointment time is arranged exclusively for your treatment.

We require a minimum of 24 hours (one day) notice if you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason. Call us during business hours to notify us and make other arrangements.

Missed appointments will be assessed a $50.00 fee. 

Remember, a missed appointment is a loss for others waiting to be seen.
