Cavity Prevention and Treatment:

Fluoride varnish and dental sealants for children and adults.

Dental Extractions:

Sometimes a tooth or teeth cannot be saved. The most common reasons are tooth decay and broken teeth. Other reasons include the inability to restore the tooth with a root canal treatment, making space for braces, preparing for an implant, and so forth. In some circumstances where the extraction requires a surgical extraction, we will refer you to an oral surgeon.

Dental Fillings:

  • Composite Resin (white fillings): used as an alternative to amalgam (silver fillings). Composite can be used on teeth that are malformed, decayed, cracked, or stained.
  • Amalgam Fillings (silver fillings): used in the posterior teeth if patient prefers over composite resin.

Crowns & Bridges:

  • Crowns: a tooth shaped cap that is placed over a tooth to restore its shape, strength, and improve its appearance.
  • Bridge: literally an appliance that bridges a gap created by one or more missing teeth.

Night Guards:

Night Guards are removable dental appliances molded to your upper or lower teeth to help relieve the discomfort of bruxism or night-time clenching.

Partial Dentures & Full Dentures:

  • Partial Dentures: are a removable partial denture usually consisting of replacement teeth attached to a pink or gum colored plastic base. Sometimes partials have metal clasps and framework to hold it in place.
  • Full Dentures: are a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues.
